Terms and Conditions

Absolutely No Returns unless the item is not as stated (i.e. - wrong size, wrong shoe). Numerous pictures have been seen by the buyer, and this is a final sale. 

If in some way a refund is deemed necessary, the buyer will have to pay a 15% restocking fee. This will not be negotiated, and the refund will be sent after the shoes are received by me and inspected to make sure that they are in the same condition as they were when shipped. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the return shipment is received by me and they are responsible for any shipping, insurance, or signature confirmation fees associated with the return shipping. I am in no way responsible for lost return shipments, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure insurance and signature confirmation is provided. 

Some items may not be suitable for wear. Wear at your own discretion. 

All shoes that I sell are 100% authentic. 

For items that have been worn the condition is as seen in the photos. 

By completing this purchase you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18, and/or have parent/guardian permission to complete this transaction. 

Each shipment comes with $50 of insurance on the package through the United States Post Office. It is the buyers responsibility to contact me and pay for additional fees if the buyer wants full insurance or signature confirmation on the package. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments after they have been dropped off at the post office facility. If there are any problems after the package has been shipped, I will do my best to help resolve the problem following the terms and conditions stated, but it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to contact the post office and and file a claim through them. 

Any transaction above $750 will require signature confirmation as Paypal requests this. 

The Buyer understands that "chargeback" and "unauthorized transactions" initiated by their bank/creditor should be recognized by all parties as an attempt to fraudulently keep the item sold, while receiving reimbursement.

If any product go out of stock before they are taken off the website, then the buyer will receive a full refund. I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund.
